This contoured orthopedic neck pillow is very fluffy and soft and feels really good thanks to the high quality pillowcase and core materials. as advertised by Jaymag. My daughter fell in love with it at first sight and took it from me, xx. After sleeping on this neck pillow for over a week, all I can say is it's amazing! It relieves neck and shoulder pain compared to my old regular pillow and I also want to mention the perfect face support area, it's soft but firm enough to support my neck and shoulder, it's very comfortable for side sleeping, a great side pillow for sleeping it.
