Review on KYB SM5589 Mount Kit by John Pound

I have rebuilt many rack assemblies in the past and expected this to be a quick replacement. That's how it was, but the bracket rattled and knocked even in warm weather (I changed the bracket, which cracked in the cold). Disassembled and reassembled 3 times, paying attention to the correct position and the good fit of the bracket. Bought a Monroe mount from a local parts store and it was quiet at first. I have KYB struts on another machine and they have mounts that pop and pop too.
