The main problem with this light is simple, the color of the light is not uniform and not bright enough. When you turn on the maximum light setting, the light gets very cold, and when you press to warm it up, it automatically dims. So if you're looking for warmer tones of light, it's going to be very dim and not provide decent lighting. Also, the center of the light is colder and the edges are warmer, the light is noticeably uneven. Unfortunately, it does not offer a beautiful artistic light like a halogen lamp. The light is heavy and well built but the remote control is cheap and the battery insert doesn't quite click into place looks broken but both lights I bought came out like this. Nice try, but unfortunately this lamp did not keep what it promised. Especially in this price range. upset.
