Defective scrap. for office electronics
This is one of several phones I bought for my mother who has dementia and macular degeneration and had to return it. At first I was hoping it would be easy to program numbers etc. However, the device was *too* light. not robust like a desk phone. Unfortunately, an hour after I set this phone up, my mom called me from her cell phone in a panic because of the "piston" you push on the phone's grip to hang up (and which pops up when you pick up) constantly stuck, rendering the device unusable. Adjusting to and caring for a parent with dementia can be difficult. Companies like this that produce cheap junk only complicate and frustrate.
