Only worked for a short time.

I got this for my new iPhone USB-C with Lightning. Since I've had it I've plugged it into my car and never moved it and it's worked great. I then took it out to put in my rental car and then it stopped working and hasn't worked since. I thought it might be the lease, but I've since tried it on others and it doesn't work anymore.
