I brought this product because of the high ratings. I've tried it twice (rainbow flavor) and can't stand the taste. It also gave me a massive headache the first time (I'm not sure if it was directly caused by it because I didn't have a headache the second time I tried it). The product really works and gives you great energy during your workout. But - the taste - oh my god, it tastes terrible. I could barely drink it without throwing up. It is also limestone - does not dissolve easily. If you're new to pre-workout, I suggest going to a sprouts shop and buying a few packs to see how the product tastes and looks before shelling out money for a big bottle. There is a star deduction for the taste. 2 stars for efficiency.
