Love this. Only reapply occasionally to ensure I have a super strong hold for PR. I apply a nickel-sized dab to my palm and rub in until sticky, then fan my hands until dry. I will reapply as needed depending on how much grip I need for weight or training. You will really enjoy this stuff. Buy this and leave the chalk stones in their own dust. Shake it before each use to ensure you don't dry out the bottle too quickly. Mix everything and shake well often.
