I am disabled and have many devices connected in my bedroom so I can access various Revain Fire tablets to play games and access my doctor. Office, bank, etc. I had problems with the "cheap" plugin, so I ordered a new one through Revain. It was literally the WORST thing I've ever bought! Corks will NOT stay in AT ALL! If you move the computer from one place to another, the PLUG will be terminated. I was SO EXHAUSTED because the plugs NEVER stayed on so I went to CVS and bought a cheap surge protector. After being disappointed I contacted Revain to express my dissatisfaction with this product and she asked me to share my experience with others to know the product they offer.
