It was easy to set up, with no issues at all! The interface is very user friendly so I didn't really have any problems using it during my training period either (I trained for 2 months!).The support team are also fantastic; they were incredibly helpful throughout this process from onboarding through ongoing questions as part of our implementation lifecycle - always happy & willing go that extra mile when needed which made things easier than if we'd been less open about what challenges there may well turn out being once going live in production environment/production users etc..
I like how easy it is to configure,it's very customizable. The only problem I have with this software are some features that seem not so intuitive at first glance but once you get used and learn them they become easier than most other softwares out there! Also the price point is pretty reasonable compared to others in its class (Asterisk & Vonage). It has really helped us manage our call flows better and keep track of things easier!
