Don't waste your money, these packs barely last a few hours. I packed all four items in a small insulated lunch box which I placed in an air conditioned building and my lunch was still warm after 6 hours. They are too thin to keep something cold for long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm not sure I'll get them back after one use, if I could I would. EDIT * The company contacted me and offered a replacement or full refund. However, what I support them for, they asked me to update my review in the same sentence, which annoyed me a little. Apparently they are only interested in their ranking. I waited for the refund to actually show up in my account to update my review. So far I've only got 3 stars.
