Review on Hydrogel Wound Dressing With X-Static Silver For Burns, Cuts And Injuries - SilverSeal Soothing And Protective Pads, Sterile 2" X 3", Pack Of 6 by Marcus Hardin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Several different kinds of wound care in one piece that mostly works.

The hydrogel part does have some soothing effects to it but I didn't know it was any kind of a massive pain killer as it seems to allude to. But it does keep the wound bed area moist it doesn't really absorb fluid per se on a high level but it definitely keeps things together to where they can naturally try to heal themselves. Now in my case I had a definite weeping as you going and it would fill up and kind of disintegrate even only being on a short period of time I think I needed bigger ones and a little bit different style with better absorption so for your average wound this is going to do the trick and the extra properties it gives you on pain killing and such doesn't hurt either.Because of how it's made the silver seem to keep odor down but the adhesion part wasn't really adhesion although you could put tapes on it to hold it down those would stay and because it's wet based it would hold itself into position quite easily where you almost didn't even need to take but you definitely want to wrap over the whole thing with something whether you're putting abd's or curlex or something around the outside of it it's definitely a part of the wound care treatment not the only thing. May do a little bit better with a burn that I didn't try it on.
