Very soft and non-scratchy belt
I bought my toddler a pair of panties with very rough cuffs and seams so I was looking for something softer. It's the perfect soft cotton waistband, not just bare elastic and pretty flatlock seams. They're a bit big for him, but he's a very skinny kid, so they'll probably be fine for a medium-sized kid. Much better quality than the panties you get at Walmart.

- They are so cute my 2 year old son loves them and they are so soft.
- Quality is good but I ordered a size 5-6 and sent 4-5. Shame to have to send them back.
