This is a fantastic LCD and touch screen repair kit. The quality is excellent for an LCD and the price was very reasonable. The colors and clarity are 95% better than the OEM OLED screen, I can hardly tell them apart (see screenshot). Also, unlike other iPhone XI kits, this one has excellent touch sensitivity and haptic feedback. There are no dead or defective areas from edge to edge and top to bottom. I am very satisfied with the purchase and can only recommend this set. It came with all the tools (5-blade and Y000 screwdriver, new adhesive seal, etc.) and was well packaged. For your repair I offer a video and instructions on ifixit.com. MAKE SURE you gently transfer the speaker and lidar/front camera assembly to the new LCD for Face ID to work. PLEASE NOTE: If you damaged the Face ID/LIDAR components when the screen cracked, you will not be able to replace this part as it is tied to the iPhone's unique hardware ID. If your Face ID is already broken, replacing the LCD will not fix it. Good luck and use a magnetic screw mat to avoid losing components.
