No point in buying this. Essentially, you are buying an extremely thin glass tumbler. The glass is so thin I was afraid to even put it on the counter. It looked like it would break any second. Plus it was over $40! This is a big robbery. You can buy a thick and durable glass anywhere for $5-10. To top it off, this "coffee brewing system" requires paper filters, and none are included! So how do I make coffee out of this $40 piece of glass? At this price it should come with filters for 3 years. Worst of all, it says "non-refundable". WHY? Don't get carried away by the hype. It's literally just a glass cup! Update: Just noticed it arrived with a crack/chip. I will contact Amazon customer support regarding this.
