I don't use these for sores, I bought these for the hydrocolloid portion for acne - you can get tiny absorbent picks for about $6/48 each or you can get these for $13.50 Get $ / 250+ parts. Seriously, any 5 x 5 inch bandage can be cut into 50-90+ small patch covers and they stick much better than Nexcare covers for example. You have to cut them yourself and they are very thick as they also have shock absorbing foam on top but they serve their purpose perfectly and are very cheap for that purpose. Feel free to use them for acne.
