Lutron's screwless switch panel is rugged. Unfortunately, he has an error due to which he will not start. There is a gap between the back panel that attaches to the switch or outlet and the front panel that you see. This gap breaks clean lines that are the primary goal of a screwless panel. The slot is deep and wide enough to fit a coin (see photo). Dust and dirt accumulate in the gap. The Lutron switch is slightly larger than the Levitron and slightly shinier. Levitron is easier to install and doesn't have this gap. If you really don't like the gap, you're better served with the Levitron Switch. I have placed Lutron dimmers in Levitron switch panels and Levitron switches in Lutron panels. The size of the inner whole (rectangle) is the same, but the Lutron plate is slightly wider (right to left).
