As we live in the city and have little storage space, we mainly chose the Minu because of its compact size when folded. The carrycot folds with the stroller frame and there is just one extra step to snap the carrycot 'leg' onto the flaps for even more support. The carrycot sits fairly low to the floor but that makes it very stable even though our baby was 6lbs. At 12 pounds and 4 months old (pictured) she still fits well and the stroller feels even more solid. The straps are necessary as the "foot" area is not supported and the sides are very low requiring the child to remain in the correct position. Little one loves to peek out of the mesh opening and at 6ft I can easily push off and see her face (until the optional sun visor is down. The sun visor is very comfortable but not as clear as I would like would have overall would definitely recommend this set as a complement It took baby a few walks to get used to it but it's nice that he can lie down when he's so small..
