It creases a lot and the skin is hard. But the more you wear it, the better (more comfortable) it gets. I had to take all of the armor off to be comfortable, but I think once it loosens it will be possible to put it back on. And some of the armor was in the wrong place, the elbow armor was where the shoulder armor should be and vice versa, adding to the initial clumsiness. The zippers on the front of the chest are not pockets, but ventilation openings. The only thing that bothers me is the zipper - small but works great so far.
