Very easy to access and navigate through website
I like that they have an option so we can rate our customer service with ease, as well has being able too add pictures or videos if needed! It is not very user friendly at all; there are many features one needs but cannot figure out how t use them properly without having help from their support department which isn't always available when in need (especially during peak times). Also sometimes my rating doesn’t update right away even though everything looks fine after submitting feedback - this happens about 10% time maybe more? Make sure before purchasing anything look into other options first because some things may be better suited elsewhere. Customer Service/Email Support was great!! The app does work however could definitely improve usability especially regarding ratings updates etc.. Some people do just don' want others knowing what kind fo experience had while using services provided by these companies such us AmazonFresh Pickup / Delivery Services & Shipping Companies Etc…etc... Overall good.
- That it's easy to contact someone for assistance via email instead calling back directly through phone number you get charged fees per call also no guarantee response within 30 minutes unless its priority issues otherwise most likely 1 2 days max reply depending upon issue complexity + difficulty level = best solution ever!!! :D
