My 2005 Trailblazer had a broken shift linkage that left me stranded on the side of the road. If my car was towed to my mechanic who told me he would have to replace the entire shifter assembly which would cost about $300. Since the only part that broke was the bushing, I was blown away. The tow truck driver told me a little secret. You could just replace the bushing and save a ton of money! That's why I bought this product. My mechanic installed it for me willingly and said that while they don't guarantee the work as it's an aftermarket product, they think it should work fine! Time will tell but I'm very glad I saved a lot of money!
