The chair itself is quite uncomfortable. I am tall/medium sized and the lumbar support is not raised enough to accommodate my needs. The brace is a rigid plastic piece that slides up and down to adjust behind the net. It doesn't cushion at all, making it quite uncomfortable. The back of the chair also leans back about 6 inches too far for my liking and is not adjustable. I feel like I'm leaning back instead of sitting to work which is not good for my posture. The brochure came with the chair and gave information about their warranty, which includes a free back support pillow for those who need extra support. They weren't there when I asked for one. I bet I can imagine why! Otherwise Service The customer experience was great! When I asked for a pillow they offered to buy me another pillow but instead I just returned the chair for a refund. In fact, they didn't even want me to send the chair back, so I'll probably donate it. I'm sure it will work for someone but not for me.
