I love that you can create multiple profiles for individuals within your organization, which is something very few other social networks do at this time! The interface could be more intuitive to navigate when first starting out with it - but once figured things were easy enough from there!! Definitely give them another try if they are still offering their free plan; we've been using it as our main site (with several sub-profiles) since about 2012 or so without ever having any issues of downtime/failure etc., although like all software products these days maybe some people will have problems along those lines eventually?!? But overall has worked well over its lifetime thus far. We use different accounts in order to maintain privacy across various platforms where necessary eg Facebook vs Twitter etsetcetera..
