I like that it's easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place (even if they are no longer with me), is free for up until 100 users! The only downside we have found so far was transferring our data over from another CRM which meant some things were missing but nothing major or too hard/time consuming when you're already looking at your day-to-day tasks anyway - hence why this system makes sense :) We've been using Zoho mainly as an email address book / contact manager rather than anything…
