Terrible customer service
In February we bought 3 Honeywell ceiling fans for a house under construction. We closed 4/2 in our house and installed fans 4/6. A fan motor is not working. After contacting Revain back and forth they told us we had to call Honeywell as refunds were no longer offered. Honeywell informs us that it can take 3-4 weeks to return a new fan. We are deeply upset that Revain did not allow us to return a defective product. We buy a lot of stuff from them and we're really going to start reviewing purchases from other places.
