Bought this bag for a trip to Europe. The first thing that happened was that the buttons inside the wallet itself came loose. Of course, with a little superglue that doesn't happen anymore. I wish I didn't have to do that. Since I bought this bag, all the metal parts have come loose or been lost (except for the zippers themselves). There is a decorative piece of metal at the end of the rope that you tie together and those pieces are gone. Was there also a piece attached to a leather lacing? And that is no more. While I love this bag and it's a great size and perfect, apart from those three things, it was still a bit impractical.
