Great User Experience For Tracking Customer Feedback

The interface, simplicity to create surveys in minutes with pre-built questions that have been tested for accuracy by experts at SurveyMonkey (their research team). You can also add your own custom question types such as open text boxes or drop down menus if you don't see what's needed yet! There are some minor bugs here & there but nothing too serious so far - maybe they'll get fixed over time? We've used this tool primarily during our onboarding process where we're trying out new features like AI chatbots etc., allowing us feedback from real people who actually use these products/services every day before rolling them into production environments. The best thing about Survaider is that you can easily track the customer journey and see what exactly they want from your product or service. It's very easy to use, has great support team and their features are well-designed. I have not found anything that I dislike so far. This tool is helping me in tracking all my customer interactions and helps me analyze them as well. I am using this tool for analyzing my customer journeys and making changes accordingly.

Pros
  • Customer satisfaction survey tools; simple UI.
  • Easeful way creating polls across various platforms including web app development environment which make it extremely useful when building apps without much dev knowledge involved :)
Cons
  • Some glitches still exist while saving responses through mobile device due lack proper documentation available online
