Everything is fine. Not good. Features are as expected, 2 USB and 4 outputs as described. They should include 6 outlets. There's no real reason why they couldn't have it. The torsion plugs are what I bought this for, hoping I can use them to plug in custom sized plugs at the same time. It's not like this. The jars can be rotated, but can only be used in a right-angled position. It's hard to describe but due to the tight layout rotating the sockets doesn't really help you do much more to accommodate more things how could they fool you into believing this. All in all, it's a bit pricey for something that doesn't really solve the problem it addresses. You're probably better off with another solution. YMMV
