Absolute rubbish. Broke after a few uses.
Despite many reports of the same problems; I bought the device, assuming that dissatisfied customers rarely complain. Spring. I was wrong, I used it about 10 times; now the blue lights are on, the controls are working, but the unit is not heating at all. Just a big, ugly paperweight. The hassle involved in all the steps is a great pain. Please don't waste your time. Buy something else.
