update; Customer Kara reached out and helped set things right although the product was not up to standard as expected, their business model and customer service was excellent for that reason if other products were offered I wouldn't mind doing business with them again to do business as they are very helpful and accessible. It doesn't seem to work as well as my 24 year old hair roller that dipped and I replaced it with this one to be honest I'm disappointed. It's just about ok for my daughter's fine hair, but my 3ft super thick mane doesn't hold curls at all from this straightener.
