Too harsh for a dining room, faded color when dimmed

At full power, these LED bulbs are dazzlingly bright white and too bright for a chandelier in a dining room or breakfast room, for example. Maybe good for built-in kitchen lights. When darkened, they take on a sickly greenish tint. Do not develop white in the area of the dimmer. They are brighter (650L) than 60W incandescent bulbs (560L). My wife hated them and I ended up buying 60 watt incandescent bulbs with a clear Sylvania Clarity ceiling fan. Now I have to sell 10 of these lamps to GE. I didn't want to buy GE Reveal bulbs again because of poor quality and short lifespans over the past few years.

Pros

GE LED light bulbs cost $1.08 in energy per year. These chandelier bulbs are a realistic option for budget conscious buyers looking for quality LED light.
