The ease of signing up for staff, it makes life easy when they're travelling away from their home station as well as being able to track all journeys easily. Having said that I do have some issues with how often emails are sent out by Commuterclub - sometimes this is too slow or not enough information is provided in them. Have also found there's no way to send an email directly to someone within your organisation who has been signed-up through Commuter Club (only get notified if you've signed-up yourself). There's nothing negative about this but would be nice to see more feedback given out once people sign-up themselves rather than just having you receive info straightaway! This helps manage travel costs and reduces admin time spent managing employee tickets. It allows me to quickly find out where my employees are going, at what times etc so can avoid expensive.
