Useful platform allowing seamless integration of various HR modules

The best thing about commuterclub is that it's very easy to use, has many features so it can be customised as per your needs plus its mobile app allows me to access my account from anywhere at any time. I dislike the fact that there’s no option for an annual discount if purchased in advance which would have been helpful. You could also do away with the yearly renewal fees but then I don't know what your target market is? If you're looking for something simple, quick & flexible then this might…

My experience with PTC's commuterclub has been good

I like that it is easy to use and is very flexible. It is very easy to create multiple types of season ticket packages and it is easy to add or remove items from the packages. I do not like that it is difficult to find the best prices for the packages. I also do not like that the CommuterClub website is not very user friendly. I would like to be able to have a better way to find the best prices for the packages. I would also like to be able to have a better way to search for packages. I would…

Great platform if you want your staff members travelling together

The best thing about commutercollective is that it's easy for employees to purchase their tickets online, which saves time as well! It also makes purchasing gift vouchers/seasoncards very simple too. Some features could be improved - not enough options when adding additional credit cards (I think they should allow more than one card). I would like some sort of loyalty programme built in so we can earn points each month instead using cashback apps etc. We have introduced monthly payment plans…

Great benefits for employees & easy sign up process

I like that it's easy for employees to sign up, as well as being able to keep track of who has signed up. It is very simple to use too! The only thing i dislike about this system is how long it can take to receive your email confirmation after signing up. This makes me worry if my employee will actually get their membership card in time before they leave work each day. The ease of signing up for staff, it makes life easy when they're travelling away from their home station as well as being able to track all journeys easily. Having said that I do have some issues with how often emails are sent out by Commuterclub - sometimes this is too slow or not enough information is provided in them.
