The best thing about commutercollective is that it's easy for employees to purchase their tickets online, which saves time as well! It also makes purchasing gift vouchers/seasoncards very simple too. Some features could be improved - not enough options when adding additional credit cards (I think they should allow more than one card). I would like some sort of loyalty programme built in so we can earn points each month instead using cashback apps etc. We have introduced monthly payment plans into our transport department where all employee travel costs are paid by the employer directly through us rather than paying out individually with an invoice from TFL every quarter or six weeks.
