Good holder but could be improved.

Bracket works well in most cases. He's holding the phone securely. It's firmly attached to the car's air vent and hasn't come loose yet. And it was one of the few holders I've had that stays in the tilted position I set it to. As long as you keep your phone at the right height in the holder, the Qi charger will activate and charge your phone quickly. (Provided it's connected to a fast charge adapter.) Areas that don't impress me are: The motor that opens and closes the side clips is very noisy. There is no bottom clip to know how high or low to place the phone. After I put my phone in the holder, I have to move the phone up and down to find the sweet spot for wireless charging. While holding the phone in the stand, wait long enough (about 5-8 seconds) for the clips to finally "open" and close. the location of the radio in your car. There is only one unlock button on the left side of the device. (Actually, it looks like a resistive touchpad. You don't press it, you just have to touch it to signal the holder to release). Since I have the mount on the air vent closest to the driver's side in the center console, and my phone is wider than the contour of the mount, I have to rotate my wrist into an unusual position so that my thumb touches the back of the mount on the phone. where I can actually touch the trigger. When the clips are released (and since there is no bottom clip) the phone actually falls to the ground because I couldn't get my thumb back fast enough to catch the phone before it came out of the mount. .If I turn the holder upside down so that the button is on the right side, I can easily reach the button with both fingers and still hold the phone when released. I don't like it when it's upside down because the power cord is sticking out and now blocking access to the part of the radio that's above the vents. Basically, they need to add a release button on both sides of the holder for different situations.
