Don't waste money!
The file comes with a very nice case/holder, has a nice slim design with textured sides and feels very durable. The product has a serious design flaw due to its inability to file nails. The file is basically unusable for the purposes for which it was designed. The textured sides are very matte, it's like trying to sand with used 320 grit sandpaper that has been used repeatedly and has lost all grains of sand. Don't waste your money, this product should be back on the drawing board. Don't even go back to Coles. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
