Review on 📊 PLX Devices DM-6 SM-AFR Gen4 Gauge Combo: Advanced UEGO AFR Air/fuel Ratio Monitor with Bosch LSU 4.9 Wideband Oxygen Sensor Controller and 2 1/16" (52mm) OLED Touch Screen by Hector Smith

So far my PLX Combo is unusable. I think my SM-AFR module is not working on arrival. I have contacted PLX for warranty/tech support and have already followed all the troubleshooting steps they recommended. I was given an RMA number and asked to ship everything back including the O2 sensor and all the wiring (from the sensor to the SM and power supply) that I had already installed in the truck. They agreed to only let me ship the SM-AFR and DM-6 sensor. It's been about 2 weeks since I received the RMA and shipped the devices. My email request for a status update went unanswered and I was disappointed that I had to pay for warranty shipping. If they decide I installed it incorrectly (all wires are keyed except the power supply which is a red and black wire) I will be charged for shipping both ways and repair if possible. I sincerely hope they fix it under warranty and would appreciate a reply to my status query. Now I wonder if the choice was wrong. The product was "repaired" under warranty and I reconnected it. It still didn't work. A little more troubleshooting and I now have a working device. The mains plug supplied is defective or had no contact with the device. I bought a size M connector kit and replaced the one that came with it and now it works. Also, as you can see, PLX replied to my post here and emailed me. I understand they are updating their support, but the email I received still had the address in the body of the message I was supposed to reply to, so I used that instead of support@plxdevices.com.
