When I bought this product I was already using coconut oil for "pulling". While this was sufficient under normal circumstances, what happened to me called for a better solution. The reason I needed this is a drug reaction. I was given medication after surgery for kidney stones. After just a few doses, my mouth and throat felt like it was burned. Another thing that was an unexpected bonus, a few teeth that had permanent stains were removed. When my mouth finally healed, I noticed my teeth were whiter and cleaner. There have been episodes where, for lack of a better word, the debris appeared to be flossed away. I've been using this product for less than a month but I'm very happy with the results I've seen so far. The fact that he healed my mouth so I could eat, drink and taste food and liquids again has certainly made me a happier person.
