Okay, I'll say this upfront: I don't understand the hype or amazing reviews for this product. I've been using it consistently for a couple of weeks now and every day I expect an "Aha!" the moment when I suddenly understand why everyone loves him so much. But I haven't had that moment yet. And I doubt I can. Do not get me wrong. There's a lot to love about this product: * AMAZING packaging. I don't think I've ever said that about a product before, but in this case it really has. This really is a new level.* This is a vegan product* It's gentle on sensitive skin* This would make a great gift. But in terms of real products? I think they are ok. Out of this world amazing. And I don't think it's worth the high price. The cleansing oil was a unique experience. You apply it to a dry face and it kind of magically cleanses your skin when you wash it off. However, I didn't feel that it did a great job of removing makeup. So if I used it daily I would still have to use some kind of makeup remover to feel like I took it all off. For me it was much more suitable for the odd day or two when I don't put on makeup and just need something to wash my face in the evening on a day off. The lotion was so-so for me. It seemed too oily to put on under makeup in the morning. And as a night cream it was fine. Well, as a gift, this would be a great choice, especially if the person you are buying the gift for loves trendy skincare products in pretty packaging. I guess my personal taste might just be more utilitarian? And for me I'm sorry to say it's a bit lacking.
