The horn and straps are nice and functional, but I think $12-15 is a better price, especially for cheap and flimsy straps with an exposed zipper that holds the straps together. The streamers arrived quite crumpled but I managed to straighten them out by pulling them out with a hot hair dryer and blowing them out. The little flowers on the ends spin, but only in strong winds or when my daughter is going as fast as she can. Good horn quality. It's made of metal and the jagged edge is very cute. I really wish it sounded more like a typical bike horn. It makes a high-pitched squeak like a dog toy. I think if my daughter blew a horn next to the wrong dog, she would be chased!
