I have very dry and flaky skin. I also have follicular keratosis on my legs. After researching information on the internet, I found that a urea cream with more than 10% reduces it the best. This cream contains 40%, so it's quite strong. The cream is light and very liquid. I dab the carpet a few times while applying. I use the cream after lightly exfoliating my skin in the shower to open my pores for better absorption. I've been using it every day for two weeks and my skin feels very soft and smooth. I noticed it reduced my follicular keratosis by about 10% in 2 weeks. If you are dealing with keratosis I recommend dry brushing a few times a week, that will help a lot too.
