I had a big problem which is really unfortunate. So the function of this particular bidet is that when you turn the knob to the left your butt gets cleaned, when you turn it to the right your front gets cleaned. Moving the slider back to center should turn off the water. Well it isn't. Mine turns off, but you have to be almost 1/2 inch from center to turn off. In the middle he shoots water. Well I wanted to try the affordable option and at the time it was the cheapest option I could find on Amazon. I think get another brand. The thing wasn't hard to install, but who really wants to deal with deleting and sending it back? *Update* I was contacted by the seller and compensated for the issue with the bidet. They also told me that they had contacted the manufacturer to ensure future products would not have any defects. I'm not sure if that's true, but at least they made sure to fix it.
