Great Service Contracts - Exceptional Customer Communication

I like that he understands me as an individual when working out our service contract for my heating system! He was so helpful at explaining everything we needed without being too technical but also giving us information about what options were available if it wasn't exactly right away!! There's nothing i dislike except maybe how long some of his processes take haha It took him longer than normal during peak season because there are more people using this time slot now compared tp last summer where only two other companies used them both times. Steve's customer service skills are exceptional. He has a great way of understanding our clients' needs and responding accordingly. I have not encountered any issues with Steve working for us. He has always been responsive and helpful. Steve is an asset to our team. Our client retention rate is higher than ever because of Steve's efforts. The only thing that Steve could improve upon is his communication skills. We've seen an increase in our client retention rate since Steve joined our team.
