The most important thing I liked was our support team, they were really helpful and very professional. Support gave us everything, from training to new templates for CRM, to new marketing campaigns and tools. My only dislikes are that the interface took some time to get used in, but once we got familiar with it, life has been better. Our implementation of Salesforce has given us an advantage over our competition, both internally and externally.
