The best part about this program is that you can easily connect it with your other software, such as Salesforce or any third party applications to keep track of customer data. It's also easy for people who are new at using computer systems to learn how to use this one without much hassle. I dislike that it takes sometimes up to 20 minutes before we get an update when someone changes their information in our system. We're solving problems like having too many products where customers need more information about each product and not being able to find all the necessary details within seconds when they call us from another location than ours.
