Review on 🚦 LED 3rd Brake Light for 1997-2004 Ford F150 - High Mount Stop Lamp with Chrome Housing and Smoke Lens by Ronald Lunn

I bought this to replace a bad high mount tail light/truck body cargo light. The one on my truck was old and falling apart. Even new lightbulbs could not be installed because the plugs had rotted. When I got this I went to work and replaced the one that was on my truck with it. It doesn't come with a grommet as others have mentioned, but if you know your way around you can reuse the same grommet that was on the old lantern. You should cut it so that it can be removed without completely falling apart and then placed in a new light. Once you've done that you can put the lantern back in the hole it came out of with the grommet and just caulk it around it to make it reseal. The light itself provides plenty of light on the back of the truck, and the brake light itself is clearly visible day and night. Note: Take your time to install, you need to remove it. Part of the headliner by removing the trim and seat belts on both sides of the truck. The connector for this is located under the headliner on the passenger side of your truck. Unplug the old one and connect this directly.
