I like that you can log into the system from anywhere using your own computer or any mobile device - no need to use PC's in an office! The training is really easy (which seems hard at first but it gets easier).

It takes time to get used to all the different functions as there are so many things we never thought about before this came out! But once everything starts clicking together- its great! If anyone has questions just ask them! You will find they have been able to answer most anything related to payroll/HRIS systems!
