Curling iron came with a broken nozzle. Following the instructions that came with the device, we contacted NuMe to replace the defective part. Our first contact was 1/2. then, after two weeks of waiting, endless inquiries about the details of the Revain contract began. As of January 19th, still no resolution. Attachments that work are fine. The 2 star rating is due to the difficulty in getting support to identify the issue and replace an attachment rather than sending the entire device back to Revain as NuMe suggested.
