How is it rated so well?

First, the price for what you get is ridiculously outrageous. It's 2 pieces of plastic, a crappy brush, and 2-sided tape. Here's the kicker - none of this junk works. Too large. Cat door glue doesn't hold well. Once the side pops out, the brush falls out and becomes a cat toy. The whole thing is cheap and flimsy and could literally be attached with a couple of screws. But I think it would cut profits from selling plastic by 50 cents for $30.

Pros
