Extremely dissatisfied with this coffee grinder - that's putting it mildly. I bought it to use as a glass grinder on my stained glass windows. First problem: The product had scratches all over the body when I first took it out of the box. Not a pair, but several. Second question: Terrible instructions. The instructions included in the box were for the wrong product. I messaged the company to request the correct instructions and again they sent me pictures of the wrong ones. I gave up and decided to return this grinder when I received the alternative manual, but based on what I could tell from looking at both "guides" they were both just general and would be far from helpful if anyone - Help was needed. with a real problem-solving challenge. Third problem: the screen mount is not remotely secure and does not come with the right hardware to protect it or even make it reasonably stable, resulting in the plexiglass screen failing within the first minute of trying to mount it, broke problem: After experiencing all of the above frustrations, I finally turned on the grinder and, unsurprisingly, it didn't even turn on. I remembered that it came with an extra fuse (I didn't know what it was for because the wrong manuals didn't mention anything about a fuse). So I went to open the stuck fuse chamber, then hit the power button and was instantly electrocuted. That was quite a big shock. After disconnecting I was never able to open the fuse box to try to replace the fuse and get it working. The whole mechanism basically just came out of the car. Overall I would give this product and my experience 0 stars if possible. Do not buy this grinder. Unless you're into electroshock therapy or whatever, this coffee grinder is a huge waste of money, time, and patience. I was very disappointed and ended up sending it back.
