When I first received this item in October 2016 everything seemed to be working fine. I put it in a drawer and wait to use it in the next emergency. On January 22, 2017 there were strong wind, rain and tornado warnings in our area. We took the device out of the box and started setting it up for use. Unfortunately, everything worked except the radio. We read the instructions and tried all possible options but the radio didn't respond. Now that several months have passed since purchase, we cannot return it. Since I couldn't return it through the Revain website, I emailed the supplier listed in the instructions (info@zh-meding.com) and explained my situation. They responded quickly and eventually sent me a replacement. This one works great. All radio bands are working well now, light functions are working well, I'm very satisfied. Like any electronic device, from time to time it will ship with a defective part. I was totally impressed that the supplier willingly accepted my complaint and even fixed the problem several months after the purchase date.
